Copper and aluminum building wire, feeders, control and medium-voltage cable
Full reels, partial reels, spools, coils, cartons and loose inventory
New surplus, unused overstock, cancelled-project stock and distributor inventory
Pickup or shipping arranged once a purchase is agreed
Six families cover almost everything that leaves a plant, a contractor trailer or a distributor shelf. If yours does not fit cleanly, describe it anyway. We would rather read a messy list than miss a good reel.

Full reels, partial reels, wooden reels, plastic spools, coils, cartons and loose inventory are all bought. Stored indoors or outdoors, tagged or untagged, stacked on a rack or sitting in a corner since the last project closed.
We do not promise to buy every type or condition of wire. Send the details and photos, and we will tell you plainly whether we can make an offer.
You do not need a formal inventory or a broker to get a number. You need the type, the footage and a clear photo.
Use the form or email. Type, metal, size, footage, condition and location, plus photos of the reels and tags.
We look at what the cable is, how much of it is left and whether we can place it. If something is unclear we ask one question, not ten.
You get an offer and the terms in writing. Pickup, loading, paperwork and timing are agreed before anything moves.
We collect on the agreed date, or you ship if that is simpler for your site. The transaction closes when the material is collected.
Photos decide it
Photos of the reel tag, the jacket legend and the whole lot answer more questions than an email ever will. One photo of the reel face, one of the jacket print and one of the whole stack is usually enough for us to price a lot without a site visit.
Any operation that adds a line, replaces a panel or closes a project ends up with cable it will not use again. These are the audiences we hear from most.
Model changes, line rebuilds and panel replacements leave feeder, control and drive cable in the crib.
Job-trailer leftovers: 500 and 1,000 ft reels, MC coils, boxes of data cable and partial spools.
Branch consolidations, discontinued sizes and customer standardization turn good stock into slow stock.
Substation, feeder and renewable interconnection work leaves medium-voltage reels that are expensive to store.
White-space fit-outs ordered by the pallet, delivered in phases, and surplus when the specification moves.
Fit-outs, shutdowns and decommissioning produce bulk tray, control and motor feeder cable.
We buy across Kentucky and arrange pickup by appointment. There is no walk-in office and no claim to a branch in every town, but there is a route through each of these regions.

The wire type, the metal, the gauge, the approximate footage and where it is located, plus photos of the reels and tags. That is enough for a first number in most cases.
Yes. Partially used reels, opened cartons and partial boxes are normal. They are priced on what is actually left, not on the original package length.
No fixed minimum, but a pickup has to justify the trip. A single partial reel of small building wire usually does not; a large feeder or medium-voltage reel often does.
Usually within a few business days of an agreed offer. Reels that need a crane or a flatbed take longer to schedule than a pallet a dock forklift can lift.
No. This site is only about wire and cable. Transformers, switchgear, MCCs, breakers, generators, chillers, machinery and general scrap are outside what we buy.
Statewide, with the most frequent pickups in the Louisville metro, central Kentucky around Lexington, northern Kentucky, western Kentucky along I-65 and I-24, and eastern Kentucky from Ashland to Pikeville.
Send the type, the footage and a photo of the tag. We will tell you whether it is worth a pickup, usually within one business day.
